Our executive coaching is a one-on-one service that allows us to provide ongoing support for executives looking to fill or optimize their Chief of Staff role.  Many organizational leaders acknowledge they need support, but aren’t sure how to find the right person and then “hand over the keys”.  We can help hire, train, and optimize the Chief of Staff role in any organization to maximize executives’ benefits.

Chief of Staff Coaching

We recognize that there are many Chiefs of Staff that benefit from ongoing, one-on-one coaching to enhance and transform their work. Our coaching will help make Chiefs of Staff feel more confident by designing a custom blueprint and implementing tools for success.

• Evaluate current Chief of Staff responsibilities customizing a strategy for better results

Public Workshops

• The Chief of Staff Institute focuses on the principles that make great Chiefs of Staff. We offer a variety of workshops to help companies and Chiefs of Staff learn about and implement best practices.
• Our workshops are designed to help groups, both big and small, learn the art and science behind finding, hiring, training, and empowering world-class Chiefs of Staff.
• We offer both a public version open to individuals and companies, and a private version customized for your specific company. We also offer both in-person and online versions of each.

Team Structure Assessments

• During our assessments, we conduct a full day of interviews with staff and stakeholders to better understand the role of the Chief(s) of Staff within the team.
• The output of our assessment is a custom blueprint that recommends how to structure roles and responsibilities among your team. We also include product and service recommendations that you can add to your team’s arsenal to drive better results
