Every prospective member is vetted through a simple, yet direct, application process, to ensure they are of similar experience levels and are interested in honing their craft in a collaborative environment. The weekly meeting agendas are focused on the demands facing chiefs of staff and allow you to bring your very specific needs to the table for input and ideas from other pros. Topics may include:3

Meet Our Facilitators
Rebecca King is a world-class Chief of Staff who has supported dozens of athletes, celebrities, and high net worth entrepreneurs. She specializes in transforming the way teams work in order to drive results. Rebecca has built teams that transform startups into multimillion-dollar brands while driving unmatched profits for companies all around the globe. Outside of coaching kick ass Chiefs of Staff, Rebecca loves to travel and experience new cultures (hint, hint…she’ll train your team anywhere in the world!).
Matt King is a seasoned Chief of Staff with experience supporting high-powered Ultra High Net Worth individuals. During his time as a CoS, Matt has overseen real estate deals worth more than $500M+, negotiated and structured business deals in excess of $1B and recruited, hired and trained top talent across multiple industries. Over the past decade Matt has empowered executives to earn more while better achieving life balance. In his free time Matt enjoys golf and spending time with his wife and two beautiful children in Austin, TX.
